Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer free delivery in Switzerland and the EU on orders over CHF 100 or EUR 150. We ship our parcels with Swiss Post. Any order placed from Monday to Friday by 12:00 (CET) will be shipped the same or the following day from Switzerland. Normally, delivery within Switzerland takes 2 working days.

Delivery to all other countries may take at least 7 working days. If you would like information regarding delivery times to a specific country, please contact us by email: hello@lizespetitstudio.com


Exchanges and returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you can easily exchange or return your order within 14 days of the order date. No returns will be accepted after this period. Return postage within Switzerland is covered by Lízes Petit Studio. For exchanges and returns of orders within the EU, a €25 return postage fee will be charged. For returns of orders outside the EU, EUR 50.00 return shipping fees will be charged – for an exchange, EUR 79.00.

The right of exchange and return applies only to unworn, unwashed and flawless items from which the labels have not been removed. We check all items for their condition before shipping. However, should it happen that your order arrives damaged, please report it to us immediately. Clothing that shows signs of having been worn will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Individually adapted garments cannot be returned.

How do I return an item?

To return an item or exchange it for a different size, colour or style, please proceed as follows:

1. Pack your return shipment
Within Switzerland, attach the enclosed return label to the packaging. For returns within and outside the EU, we will contact you regarding the procedure. For ecological reasons, please pack the return shipment in the original packaging if possible.


2. Send your return
For returns from Switzerland, take the shipment to the Swiss Post Office. For returns within and outside the EU, we will contact you regarding the process.


3. Receive your refund, store credit or exchange
After we have received and checked your return, we will refund your original payment method, credit you for future Lízes Petit Studio purchases or send you your exchange. Insurance and processing fees are non-refundable by Lízes Petit Studio in the event of a return.
